![]() I'd still take at least 1 Justicar in all builds (for Honor the chapter) but more than that is not a no-brainer anymore. I would say 3 or 4 x Justicar is not really viable anymore. Willpower Cost of Honor the chapter increased and made it harder to get Willpower points back, the ability is harder to spam, but it is still an amazing ability.
